Advanced and Specialized Training
Courses approved by the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission may be funded using state funds or provide salary incentives to successful trainees.
Criminal Justice Selection Center
Conducts equivalency evaluations through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for individuals interested in re-certifying in Florida. Evaluations are also offered for individuals who were employed as an out-of-state, federal officer or military police officer.
DUI and Traffic Safety Training
Specialized training courses in traffic safety and DUI enforcement funded through the Florida Department of Transportation. Training is available to most Florida law enforcement or public safety personnel.
Mine Safety and Health Training
Provides interactive learning programs to mining operations and contractors by bringing energy and a wealth of real life examples to every training class.
